MORE ABOUT BETH
Beth's early career, in the US, was in mental health service delivery and program evaluation, and then organisational consulting. This led to work with a British firm undergoing transformation from government agency into a FTSE 100-listed British corporation, and precipitated her relocation to the UK. Later, she established her own London-based consulting business.
During 25 years in the UK, Beth delivered organisational consulting, including role consultations, through Neustatus Consulting, Ltd and in association with established consulting firms, including Tavistock Consulting, where she also earned executive coaching certification at the senior practitioner level. She subsequently became an adjunct lecturer at the Tavistock & Portman NHS Foundation Trust.
In 2012, she returned to the Boston area to take up the role of director of executive education custom programs at Harvard Business School. She managed a wide-ranging portfolio of client relationships, engaged in business development, program design and delivery, and program evaluation. She worked with HBS faculty and executive education delivery teams and with clients’ senior executives and learning and development teams.
In 2019, Beth returned to self-employment. She now works through both her London firm and its US counterpart, Neustatus Consulting, LLC. Her current coaching portfolio includes established executives and future leaders, employed in a mix of proprietary businesses and nonprofit organisations, based in both the UK and the US. During the pandemic, she refreshed her coaching skills and approach on Meyler Campbell’s business coaching Mastered Programme. Her final essay, which earned high distinction, examined application of Attachment Theory to coaching.
In July 2023, Beth accepted a part-time position in the Department of Education and Training within the Tavistock & Portman NHS Foundation Trust, where her responsibilities include co-directing Tavistock Consulting's 2024 Executive Coaching Programme.
Beth invites her pro-bono clients to contribute to the Boston Arts Academy Foundation; BAA is the only arts-based public high school in Boston, Massachusetts.
