ABOUT ME
I have lived for substantial periods in both the UK and the US, working with a wide range of client organisations as an independent consultant and business coach, often in association with established consulting firms.
I have experienced large-scale organisational change from the inside, heading up the in-house management consulting unit of a recently privatised FTSE 100 corporation. I have also held internal change roles in both professional service firm and public sector environments. My latest full time position was as director of custom executive education programs, with Harvard Business School.
